What kind of quality controls do you have?

We are obsessive about our quality control practices! They affect every part of our business, from our supplier selection and qualification, to our manufacturing and testing. All of our products are manufactured in NSF cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities, which ensures we are following FDA guidelines for dietary supplements, and go through rigorous documentation review to ensure quality in every lot. 

 

Are your products approved by the FDA?

The FDA does not approve dietary supplements. What GoSevo does do, is follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations that require manufacturers to safely and transparently manufacture products and prove compliance through audits and testing.

 

How or where should I store my GoSevo Natural products?

GoSevo Natural products are best stored at room temperature. They should be kept out of the reach of children and away from heat or direct sunlight.

 

Are there any laxatives in your teas?

Absolutely not! Sevo Detox Slimming Tea does not contain Senna leaves, a common ingredient in other detoxes that causes cramping and laxative effects.

What are the ingredients in Sevo Detox Slimming Tea?

Lotus leaf, Winter Melon, Cassia Seed, Hawthorn, Double Red Rose, Dandelion Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Lemon Grass, and Green Tea.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary by number of items purchased and whether it is a one-time purchase or subscription. Up-to-date shipping costs will be reflected in your checkout cart. 

 

How many days does shipping take?

We process all orders within 48 hours of being placed. Due to the global crisis we are experiencing delays in delivery times. Depending on where you live, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 8 business days after your order has been processed, excluding holidays. After your order is processed you will receive a follow-up confirmation email providing delivery details.
